“What
happens when I call Carelink?” |
When
you Call for help, the friendly, highly trained operators at the
local Control Centre will speak to you and arrange for the help
you need.
The moment you call, the
operators know who you are and where you live so help can be on
it’s way in seconds. |
“When
should I call Carelink?”
|
You
can call Carelink if you need help in an emergency, but the
Carelink operator will always do their best to resolve any
problem for you no matter how big or small.
Even if it is just a
reassuring voice when you are feeling low - the operators are
there to help. |
|
“What happens if I cannot get to
the telephone?” |
Should you be unable to reach the
unit or be unable to speak, pressing the personal button/pendant
automatically calls the Control Centre.
The operator will then be able
to hear and speak to you via the built in speaker and microphone
in the unit. |
|
“What happens if I call Carelink accidentally?” |
There is no need to worry or
be embarrassed if you call us accidentally. The operator will
simply turn the unit off once they know that you are safe and
well. |
